Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of consignment and resale merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item was misrepresented or defective at the time of sale
- The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased and must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after purchase.
Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Method
All approved returns must be handled in person at our store location.
We do not accept returns by mail.
Customers must bring the item along with the original receipt for inspection and approval.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe an item was defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Provide clear details about the issue
- Bring the item to our store for evaluation
Items showing damage caused after purchase may not be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Lisa’s Luxury Resale.
Cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not provided for consignment merchandise.
Shipping
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)
Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, high shipping volume, etc.).
Shipping Location
We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey directly with the carrier.

The Honda HRX217HYA is a self-propelled walk behind mower with Hydrostatic cruise control. It features Honda’s Roto-Stop blade stop system, which allows you to stop the blade without having to stop the engine. Great for emptying your bag or moving a lawn obstacle. This mower also features Honda’s MicroCut twin blade cutting system which produces finer clippings for a better looking lawn.
The Honda HRX217HYA also features a 4-in-1 cutting system that allows you to mulch, bag, discharge, and shred leaves. Also, the the Clip Director gives you control over the amount of clippings that are sent to the bag versus back to your yard as mulch.
- Cruise Control Hydrostatic Transmission: Honda’s cruise control hydrostatic transmission lets you quickly and easily set and adjust your mower’s speed between 0 and 4 mph. The cruise control, just like with a car, allows you to stop mowing and jump back to your previous pace. No need to remember settings. Also, Honda is the only manufacturer to offer a heavy duty hydrostatic transmission on a walk behind mower.
- Versamow System: 4-in-1 mowing options (mulch, bag, discharge, and leaf shred). Honda’s Versamow Clip Director allows you to control how much grass is sent to the collector or recirculated for mulching. Choose full bag or full mulch or any of the 7 increments between those two settings.
- Roto-Stop Blade Override System: Roto-Stop allows you to stop your cutting blades while keeping the engine running. This is great for when you need to empty your collection bag, move obstacles from your lawn, or move your mower across sidewalks, dirt or gravel. No need to restart your mower because it’s still running.
- MicroCut Twin Blade System: The MicroCut twin blade system produces smaller clipping sizes, which lead to better decomposition for mulched grass and better bagging since the clippings compact better into the collection bag.
- NeXite Cutting Deck: The Honda HRX217HYA’s cutting deck is made of NeXite, which is a high impact resistant and durable polymer material. This deck comes with a lifetime warranty and is resistant to dents, rust, and corrosion. The HRX217HYA’s deck is also designed to keep grass circulating longer to produce a finer quality of mulch.
- Honda GCV190 Engine: The Honda GCV190 engine is a powerful, high quality engine that is CARB compliant and features an automatic choke that makes it easy to start.
- EZ Fold Handle: The quick release handle makes adjusting the height for storage easy, without needing tools or attachments. Adjust between 3 different positions.
