Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of consignment and resale merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item was misrepresented or defective at the time of sale
- The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased and must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after purchase.
Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Method
All approved returns must be handled in person at our store location.
We do not accept returns by mail.
Customers must bring the item along with the original receipt for inspection and approval.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe an item was defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Provide clear details about the issue
- Bring the item to our store for evaluation
Items showing damage caused after purchase may not be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Lisa’s Luxury Resale.
Cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not provided for consignment merchandise.
Shipping
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

This compact and powerful combination allows you to till the most stubborn soil when breaking new ground while also providing an incredibly maneuverable tiller for row maintenance during the growing season. With the industry leading instant reverse functionality, you can effortlessly move back and forth and turn in tight spaces without having to shift. Adjustable handlebars and drag stake give you the tools you need to customize the tiller to meet your needs and the needs of your garden. - COMPACT POWER- The 212CC Viper Engine delivers incredible sod-busting power in a compact frame which makes the Victory easy to handle without sacrificing performance. Counter rotating tines spin in the opposite direction of the self-propelled drive wheels providing the right combination of opposing forces to attack previously untilled ground with confidence.
- INSTANT REVERSE- Unlike almost every other standard rear-tine tiller, the Victory offers a solution for backing up that requires no shifting. At the end of a garden row or in tight spaces, simply pull the reverse lever and walk the unit backwards to change direction.
