Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of consignment and resale merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item was misrepresented or defective at the time of sale
- The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased and must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after purchase.
Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Method
All approved returns must be handled in person at our store location.
We do not accept returns by mail.
Customers must bring the item along with the original receipt for inspection and approval.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe an item was defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Provide clear details about the issue
- Bring the item to our store for evaluation
Items showing damage caused after purchase may not be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Lisa’s Luxury Resale.
Cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not provided for consignment merchandise.
Shipping
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)
Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, high shipping volume, etc.).
Shipping Location
We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Our MZ Series mowers are built side-by-side and up to the same tough manufacturing standards as our commercial mowers. It’s our “too much fun to call it work” ride, and your “get back to having time” machine. Dual Integrated Drive Systems provide reliable, self-contained power and performance. Features strong 2 x 2 all steel rail frame for its backbone with 3/8 steel front forks. The solid steel, all-welded deck, formed from tough 7-gauge steel with reinforced edges, features a baffling system to maximize airflow for greater grass lift and a cleaner cut. The frame rides on a lower center of gravity for better traction.
