Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of consignment and resale merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item was misrepresented or defective at the time of sale
- The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased and must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after purchase.
Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Method
All approved returns must be handled in person at our store location.
We do not accept returns by mail.
Customers must bring the item along with the original receipt for inspection and approval.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe an item was defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Provide clear details about the issue
- Bring the item to our store for evaluation
Items showing damage caused after purchase may not be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Lisa’s Luxury Resale.
Cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not provided for consignment merchandise.
