Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of consignment and resale merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

The item was misrepresented or defective at the time of sale
The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
Proof of purchase is provided

Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased and must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after purchase.

Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Method

All approved returns must be handled in person at our store location.
We do not accept returns by mail.

Customers must bring the item along with the original receipt for inspection and approval.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe an item was defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please:

Contact us within 7 days of purchase
Provide clear details about the issue
Bring the item to our store for evaluation

Items showing damage caused after purchase may not be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.

Refund Processing

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Lisa’s Luxury Resale.

Cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not provided for consignment merchandise.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:

A compact, uber-consistent heat exchanger that prioritizes espresso quality over everything else, the Mara X eschews traditional espresso machine wisdom to make some of the best espresso in its segment. Unlike traditional heat-exchange machines that set steam pressure directly at the boiler, the Mara X uses a second sensor at the group to target brew temperatures first. A physical toggle behind the drip tray lets you set from 3 temperatures (197, 201, or 205 degrees); while a switch on the side of the machine offers two selectable brew modes. For espresso, select ‘Xmode Coffee’ to get the best temp consistency for coffee-only drinks. Switch to ‘Xmode steam’ to increase steam pressure after brewing for better milk frothing. More than just a technical marvel, the Mara X features a bevy of barista-saving benefits too: silent pump design, long-ramp preinfusion, a dual pump and steam pressure gauge, optional standby mode, an ergonomic portafilter, and a custom-fit precision tamper right out of the box. Between its high-tech temp management and user-centric design, the Mara X makes an excellent coffee companion for any enthusiast.
